Refund policy
We love a hassle-free return experience, so in case you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it back to us within 30 days in the same condition as received, and we will give you your money back within 10 days of the goods reaching back to our warehouse.

Return shipping fees will have to be bore by the purchaser. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it, then refund via your original method of payment. Alternately, we can also arrange for store credit. Just send us an email to koselishop@gmail.com to arrange this.
